Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing)

Tolerance & Standards Control

Drawings come in with JIS, ISO, ASME, or RAL/Pantone callouts. We don’t reinterpret them, the inspection sheet matches what the customer’s QA team uses. ISO 9001 quality system runs the documentation

Material & Process Matching

Prototype in ABS-like PU, move to ABS injection molding. Machined 6061 for fit checks, die-cast ADC12 for production. The match is decided at quoting, not after the prototype ships

Bracket in 7075-T6, ±0.05 mm on two mating bores. Epoc Crafter shipped the material cert with the parts, CMM report included, and the bore callouts were within 0.02. When we asked about anodize thickness on the load path, their engineer pushed back on our spec instead of just nodding, saved us a redesign loop on the next batch
